Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to assess their current IT environment and identify their needs.
- Develop and propose tailored Google Workspace solutions that align with client requirements.
- Lead the deployment of Google Workspace for clients, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruptions.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients to optimize their use of Google Workspace.
- Monitor and manage Google Workspace environments for clients, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Stay informed about the latest features and trends in Google Workspace, and provide recommendations to clients accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Google Workspace.
- Proven track record in project management and change management, preferably in IT environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
