Job Title: Warehouse Analyst

Grade/Title: Assistant Manager (G2)

CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Measure monthly WH operational metric for safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory (SQDCI)
• Forecast inbound/outbound volume and plan for headcount, equipment requirement
• Identify cost saving opportunity in our operation and track progress
• Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Run WH space simulations and strategize on increasing WH efficiency
• Report monthly on cost per cubic feet, productivity and labor management. Identify areas, opportunities, and countermeasures for improvement.
• Develops warehouse operations improvements by analyzing process workflow and implementing SOP
• Manage daily labor management report which includes labor hours, OT, volume, CPH and share with network
• Propose solutions to reduce cost in our network with cost analysis and time studies

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2-4 years of logistics/warehouse/transportation industry experience
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Ability to make presentations and develop reports for internal management/external customers
• Working knowledge of warehouse management software (e.g. WMS)
• Ability to accurately analyze data and be detailed oriented
• Travel Required: 10%
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
