Overview: Pacific Executive Search has been engaged on a search for a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in the South Bay area within the Technology industry. As a Finance Leader, you would have the opportunity to drive results and lead the financial strategy across a global network spanning Asia, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. This role offers the chance to work closely with General Managers and Sales teams to shape the direction of the group, while also overseeing a team of Regional Controllers and FP&A Manager to foster growth and excellence. Description: **Responsibilities**
- Offer strategic financial guidance and assistance to General Managers and Sales teams to drive business direction and meet financial goals.
- Supervise and mentor a strong team consisting of five Regional Controllers and one FP&A Manager, promoting growth and excellence.
- Engage in advanced financial planning and analysis to ensure optimal performance and profitability in all divisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain coordination and responsiveness through effective financial strategies.
- Manage and enhance financial processes to ensure compliance with industry standards in Aerospace, Medical, and Automobile sectors across global facilities.
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to actively drive business outcomes beyond traditional roles.
- Develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance business prospects.
**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience as a Finance Leader with significant expertise in accounting and financial planning & analysis.
- Ability to operate strategically at a macro level while also engaging in detailed, hands-on financial management.
- Extensive global experience, particularly in Asia, Canada, Mexico, and Europe, is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing diverse teams across various geographic locations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships.
