Our law firm is seeking a Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will take on the responsibility of developing and managing the firm’s social, digital, and paid media strategies including planning, producing, and publishing relevant content.

The Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in our firm’s digital marketing strategy, making data-driven decisions based on performance metrics across the firm’s media platforms, and developing new marketing campaigns while optimizing existing campaigns.


Your Role and Impact:

  • Social Media Management: Develop, manage, and execute strategies for the firm’s social media channels, including content creation, publishing, and performance monitoring.
  • Content Creation: Plan, produce, and publish high-quality, relevant content (written, visual, and video) that aligns with our brand and goals.
  • Paid And Organic Media Campaigns: Develop and oversee paid and organic advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram, optimizing for ROI.
  • Content Calendar: Maintain and execute a detailed content calendar to schedule, produce, and post content consistently.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and use data-driven insights to improve campaigns.
  • Local Engagement: Research and coordinate attendance at local events to enhance the firm’s community presence and reputation.
  • Additional Marketing Efforts: Manage projects such as mailing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and branded content to support broader marketing goals.


Your Skills and Expertise:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Creative and analytical capability.
  • Knowledge of marketing trends and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.

Salary: $65,000
