We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and grow our influencer programs across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.


About this Role

As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for scaling and managing the foundational functions of our influencer marketing strategy. You will build strong relationships, foster impactful collaborations, and drive measurable results. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and scale foundational influencer programs, including the gifting, ambassador and affiliate programs with a focus on driving relationships, revenue, and community engagement.
  • Manage influencer partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, driving long-term collaborations and measurable results.
  • Spearhead and scale influencer whitelisting campaigns across platforms to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Manage key elements of the TikTok Shop program, collaborating with TikTok, creators, and the platform to fuel growth and scale revenue.
  • Manage contracts and agreements for influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and goals.
  • Manage influencer marketing platforms and other tools to track content and optimize performance.
  • Measure KPIs, including ROAS, engagement, and revenue impact, for influencer, affiliate, and gifting programs.


Skills + Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results through influencer partnerships and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, TikTok Shop and YouTube.
  • Experience with influencer management platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience measuring KPIs and campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with contracts, agreements, and influencer payment structures.


Bonus Skills

  • Experience with TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Creative eye for aggregating influencer-generated content that aligns with brand aesthetics.
  • Existing relationships with influencers in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle niches.
