Position Overview
Are you passionate about fostering transformational change and driving exceptional outcomes? We are thrilled to announce the opportunity for a full-time Financial Advisor Coach to join our team. We seek a Financial Advisor Coach to spearhead our commitment to excellence and innovation. As a key player on our team, you will be instrumental in sculpting success stories and propelling our clients toward becoming elite financial advisors.
Key Outcomes
The Financial Advisor Coach is responsible for providing support, guidance, and training to financial advisors. This role involves helping advisors enhance their skills, improve client interactions, and grow their business. The coach will work closely with advisors to identify challenges and develop coaching plans. Your function will own the following outcomes:
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for financial advisors on various topics such as investment strategies, client communication, business development, and financial planning.
- One-on-One Coaching: Offer tailored coaching to advisors, aimed at addressing their specific development areas and emphasizing accountability. This involves guiding new members through onboarding, conducting thorough business assessments, and establishing clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of financial advisors, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
- Client Relationship Management: Assist advisors in enhancing their client relationship skills, including understanding client needs, effective communication, and building trust.
- Business Strategy Consulting: Help advisors develop and implement effective business strategies to attract and retain clients, and increase revenue.
- Networking and Community Building: Encourage and facilitate networking among financial advisors to share best practices and industry trends.
- Lead conversions into the community & event ticket sales
Experience
