Delphi Programmer

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a driven, dedicated, team-oriented Delphi Developer to join our Product Development team.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule (Mondays and Fridays remote, Tuesdays-Thursdays in office). It involves the developing of Windows desktop applications using Delphi. Applicants should have experience in object-oriented programming and SQL.

Required:

• Object Pascal
• Structured Query Language (SQL)

Preferred: (but not required)

• object-oriented programming
• Delphi
• SVN or Git

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree, Bachelor's preferred
• Previous work experience in similar field is a plus
• Ability to create basic queries to analyze data
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentational skills
• Ability to conduct research into software development and delivery concepts, as well as technical application issues
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language
• Highly self motivated and directed
• Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Very strong customer service orientation
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
