Most major holidays off work.Professional Growth:Company-paid ongoing training, education, and recertification assistance to keep you at the forefront of automotive technology.Top-Tier Equipment:Work in a clean, organized, and well-equipped shop with the latest diagnostic tools and software.Supportive Culture:A positive, collaborative team environment where your expertise is appreciated and you can mentor junior technicians.Stability:Enjoy consistent workflow in a busy, respected shop with a loyal customer base.Free Uniforms: After probationary period uniforms are provided.Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Master Technician, you will be an expert in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, all vehicle makes and models.Perform expert-level diagnostics and complex repairs on engines, transmissions, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, and more.Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and software (e.g., Mitchell1, ALLDATA, Snap-on) to accurately identify and resolve issues.Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document all work performed and recommended with accuracy.Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding technical findings, repair timelines, and additional service recommendations.Mentor and assist junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and helping to maintain high standards of quality.Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment, following all safety protocols.Perform road tests to verify repairs have resolved customer concerns.Qualifications and RequirementsWe are looking for a professional who meets our high standards of excellence: ASE Master Technician Certification required (or ability to obtain quickly if you have equivalent experience).Minimum of 5years of professional automotive passenger vehicle repair experiencein a shop environment.Proven track record of success with strong diagnostic, electrical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in using standard and advanced diagnostic equipment and automotive software.Must own professional-grade tools.A valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, team-player attitude.Produce at least 40 to 50 billable labor hours per week.Ready to Accelerate Your Career?If you're ready to bring your expertise to a team that respects your work and offers a secure future, we want to talk to you.
