Job Overview: As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing floor. Your leadership will ensure that production targets are met efficiently and safely, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain product standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the production floor.


Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a manager of people, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
