Description: Innovative Driven is seeking a dynamic attorney with at least three years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracts/data privacy. The role is with an AI-augmented law firm client based in Arizona. The attorney will draft, review, and negotiate technology agreements (SaaS, DPAs, APIs, etc.), advise on legal/business issues (data use, IP, AI/ML terms), and collaborate with product/engineering teams to refine AI-enabled legal platforms.
