The Return Material Authorization (RMA) Specialist is responsible for processing all returns to ensure return efficiency and accuracy and keeping a detailed record keeping for the Quality Department. The RMA Specialist position is an essential part of our value chain.

Responsibilities to include the following:

  • Receive, organize, and process daily returns for credit
  • Keep accurate and detailed records on all return/exchange items
  • Sort all return/exchange items into quality and non-quality segments and forward to the appropriate department
  • Code repair and replacement requests and forward when other departments must fulfill
  • Summarize findings from analyses to help draw conclusions
  • Assist with daily consumer/ B2B receiving when needed
  • Identify trends in quality issues as well as repair and replacement requests
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Effective at performing detail-oriented tasks, and data analysis
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels
  • Must have experience using an enterprise resource planning software
  • Microsoft Office experience a plus
  • Gala/BUTR experience a plus (internal inventory management systems)
