Brief Overview:

I am looking for a Head of AI / Senior AI Manager for a client of ours who are a Legal Case Management System specializing in AI Tech with experience of working with a bespoke inhouse platform.

The candidate will ideally be based in Melville, New York.

Job Requirements:

• Analyze Data/Predictive Analysis/Documents Analysis/Suggested Workflows
• Automate client updates and reminders, ensuring that clients are informed and engaged throughout the legal process
• Predictive Analysis/Case Summaries – from an analysis of the data/documents i.e. identify important facts & issues in a case, identify "hole" or "potholes" in a case and predict outcomes
• Sentiment Analysis - analyses documents/emails/notes in a case to identify cases where clients might feel the attorney or paralegal are not doing a good job i.e. sentiment analysis
• Contracts – analyze contracts taking into account key deal parameters, highly negotiated clause recommendations, highly problematic clauses; provide suggestions for changes
