Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with your team to achieve shared goals.
  • Conduct experiments to evaluate system performance.
  • Analyze and interpret test data to enhance system design.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Travel as needed to different company locations.
  • Utilize SolidWorks and AutoCAD to create and edit models and drawings.
  • Manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) using SAP software.
  • Develop various mechanical, electrical, and electronic components and assemblies.
  • Update models based on revisions and company guidelines.
  • Adhere to revision control practices and ISO processes.
  • Interpret system and product design requirements.
  • Communicate internally and externally with precision.
  • Provide technical support for engineering programs/projects.
  • Uphold quality and safety standards.


What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous HVAC experience in commercial, industrial, or military contexts.
  • 3-5 years of engineering-related work experience.
  • Knowledge of MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-464 is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • PC-based computer expertise, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Sheet metal experience is advantageous.
