The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of work experience as a Registered Nurse. Licensed in WA. With a strong focus on health assessment, client care, and administering urine pregnancy tests. The ideal candidate will also possess experience or be open to training for STI sample collection, and early obstetrical ultrasound. Training paid and provided. This candidate will possess a high level of Compassion and excellent Communication skills and overall principles that align with the mission of Next Step Pregnancy Services. Next Step is a life-affirming clinic.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
  • Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (HIPAA)
  • Provide comprehensive client care, including health assessments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement client care plans.
  • Administer pregnancy testing and assessment.
  • Perform STI sample collection and administer medication as need.
  • Perform early OB ultrasound scans as needed.
  • Educate clients on health conditions and treatment plans.


Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Professional Nurse with current licensure
  • CPR and BCLS Certification
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
  • Ability to work effectively with clients from all walks of life.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, medical charting and outcomes.
