Patent Prosecution Paralegal

International law firm is seeking an experienced patent prosecution paralegal to work in their Atlanta office


Do you have the following experience:

  • 5+ years of patent prosecution experience - including Foreign and Domestic experience
  • Experience preparing patent applications and all transmittal forms.
  • Preparation and filing of IDS'.
  • Docketing
  • Bachelor's Degree is Required - Paralegal Cert preferred
  • Ability to work overtime
  • Must be proficient with Excel, PP, Word & Adobe.

  • hybrid with three (3) days in the office and two (2) remote
  • Opportunity to learn other types of law
  • Salary is based on experience
