The Computer Support Specialist will be responsible for answering calls, and/or responding to emails within our IT Call Center from users regarding technical issues they are experiencing, may it be hardware/software. Looking for Computer Support candidates who have previous experience working in a support call center role.
Skills:
• Software (Windows 10/11, MS O365, Adobe)
• Hardware (Laptops/Printers/Scanners)
Abilities:
• Professional, respectful, provide great customer service with verbal communication and writing ability
• Able to work well with other team staff
Preferred Education:
• High School or Technical Degree/Certificate Program
