We are excited to announce an opening for a Technical Writer to join our esteemed documentation team at a prominent global FinTech organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and maintaining documentation that seamlessly communicates complex technical concepts to our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain high-quality documentation across various mediums, including product manuals, online help articles, internal wikis, and API documents.
  • Employ industry-leading technical writing practices to develop clear and concise materials that support our products and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation aligns with departmental style guidelines and processes.
  • Proactively adapt to evolving business needs and industry standards to consistently deliver documentation that meets the dynamic requirements of our audience.
  • Research, analyze, and organize technical information to enhance the presentation and accessibility of our documentation.
  • Mentor and support junior technical writers, fostering their growth and development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computing, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Extensive understanding of the documentation lifecycle and structured documentation planning.
  • Proficiency in common web technologies and adeptness in utilizing technical writing tools such as Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe CC, and Document Management Systems.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex information into easily understandable content.
  • Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with industry style guides and writing for an international audience.
  • Previous experience in software development or the payment industry is a plus.
