Job Title: Senior Estimator - Steelwork

Location: Jacksonville, Florida

Salary: $90k - $115k DOE

The Role

You'll have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in the structural and Misc steel industry. While playing a key role in estimating and managing bids. Your insights will directly influence our success as you assist with Change Orders, RFPs, and RFIs, and provide accurate cost breakdowns.

Responsibilities.

Create estimates for Steel work projects by working with different teams to ensure smooth coordination in fabrication, purchasing, and installation.

Estimate costs based on structural drawings and manage bids with a good understanding of steel fabrication standards.

Help field teams with estimates for Change Orders, RFPs, and clarify RFIs.

Prepare detailed cost estimates, including quantity take-offs, line-item summaries, and subcontractor breakdowns.

Required

• 2 years' experience estimating

• Experience using Tekla, Advanced steel or SDS2

• 2 years' experience working within the structural or Misc steel work industry
