Uses component-based frameworks to fuel iOS and Android development via HTML and CSS using Angular. Builds Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) with SOAP and REST frameworks. Builds stand-alone and production ready spring applications using Spring Boot. Automates the integration of code changes from multiple contributors into a single software project through the use of Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/CD) practices and open source platforms -- Artifactory and Jenkins. Uses test automation frameworks to support Behavior Driven Development (BDD) -- Cucumber and Cypress.\u00A0

Primary Responsibilities:\u00A0

\u00A0

  • Designs and architects cloud native applications using technologies -- Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.\u00A0\u00A0

  • Uses monitoring and analytics tools -- Datadog or Splunk -- to determine performance metrics as well as event monitoring for infrastructure and cloud services.\u00A0\u00A0

  • Uses Eclipse and SpringToolSuite4 for Java API code programming.\u00A0

  • Ensures designs meet performance, security, usability, and scalability requirements.\u00A0

  • Analyzes information to determine, recommend, and plan computer software specifications on major projects and proposing modifications and improvements based on user need.\u00A0

  • Develops software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.\u00A0

  • Works closely with the analytics and the business team to determine and plan the software specifications and proposes modifications and improvements based on the user need\u00A0

  • Actively participates in the code reviews to ensure the quality of the software code and removed the used code.\u00A0

  • Attends meetings for gathering the requirements and for the timely delivery of the software.\u00A0

Education and Experience:\u00A0

\u00A0

Bachelor s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and three (3) years of experience as a Senior Mobile Developer (or closely related occupation) developing and deploying front end hybrid mobile web applications on android and iOS platforms using ionic and angular frameworks.\u00A0\u00A0

Or, alternatively, Master s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and one (1) year of experience as a Senior Mobile Developer (or closely related occupation) developing and deploying front end hybrid mobile web applications on android and iOS platforms using ionic and angular frameworks.\u00A0

Skills and Knowledge:\u00A0

Candidate must also possess:\u00A0

  • Demonstrated Expertise (\u201CDE\u201D) developing front end hybrid mobile web applications using the mobile first approach technique and HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Bootstrap; and deploying front end hybrid mobile web applications using android studio and Xcode on the google play store and app store.\u00A0

  • DE ensuring database and front end data flow of RESTAPI using the AJAX, XML HttpRequest, jQuery, web sockets and Angular HttpClient.\u00A0

  • DE making wireframes and protypes for UI Screens using UI/UX on figma interface design tools.\u00A0

  • DE unit testing using Karma and Jasmine frameworks ensuring bug free code; and in peer code reviews of GitHub branches ensuring a high quality and reusable code using JIRA board.\u00A0
