We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Program Manager to oversee our organization's IT projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The IT Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IT project management principles.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely execution and successful completion.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management.

Resource Management:

  • Allocate resources effectively to support project requirements and priorities.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and secure necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocation.
  • Optimize resource utilization and productivity to achieve project goals efficiently.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, vendors, and executive leadership.
  • Solicit feedback, address concerns, and resolve conflicts to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex IT concepts into understandable terms.
  1. Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with IT projects and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively assess project risks, monitor changes in the project environment, and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Implement risk management best practices to minimize disruptions and optimize project outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a IT Program Manager experience
  • Proven experience of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
