Job Summary:
The Manager of Production will supervise Support Coaches within our production facilities. Coordinate and assign work orders to Support Coaches. Support and provide service to people with disabilities so that they perform their job successfully. Assure safe and efficient work area in accordance with OSHA requirements. Suggest and implement 5S practices and improve our assembly processes and services.
- Wage: $50,000 annual salary
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30AM to 3:30 PM
How will you make a difference?
- Coordinates and assigns work orders to Support Coaches to set up assembly lines to run efficiently and to meet customer’s specifications. Responsible for training Support Coaches on quality management system to ensure that customer expectations are met.
- Support & provide service to people with disabilities so that they perform their job successfully within the production environment.
- Assure safe and efficient work area in accordance with OSHA requirements.
- Suggest & implement 5S practices and improve upon our assembly processes & services.
What will you bring to Opportunity Partners?
- High school/GED required.
- One year of supervisory experience required.
- Five years of experience in working in either a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Technical knowledge of working with Office365 & ERP systems.
