As they continue growing, they are looking for a Branch Manager who will be crucial in leading branch operations, driving strategic initiatives, managing client relationships, and optimizing financial performance.
What YOU get to DO at this growing company:
- Lead Operation Managers and direct day-to-day operations of the branch, including scheduling, payroll, and client site coverage.
- Interact with clients to address concerns, ensure satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships.
- Provide leadership and guidance to Operation Managers and other branch staff, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment.
- Oversee branch finances, including budgeting, expense monitoring, and profitability optimization.
- Participate in strategic planning activities to set goals and objectives for the branch and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining high service quality standards.
- Generate reports, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to drive operational efficiency.
- Invest in developing branch staff through training programs, performance evaluations, and coaching.
- Facilitate open communication channels and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Address challenges, make timely decisions, and implement strategic initiatives to overcome obstacles and achieve success.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- Significant experience in the security industry, preferably in a leadership role.
- Experience managing a high volume of hours.
- Proficiency in P&L management and financial analysis.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in branch management.
- Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, particularly in operational management.
- Ability to foster team cohesion and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Self-driven, motivated, and passionate about the security industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with scheduling software.
- Optional certifications such as CPP, PC, or PSP are advantageous.
