Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Worker at Load Bearing Builders LLC. As a Construction Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks related to construction projects, including but not limited to, building, maintaining, and repairing structures, operating heavy machinery, and following safety protocols. This role is located in Weaverville, NC.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and a focus on safety
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications or licenses related to construction are a plus
