Are you a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Millwork Engineer looking for an exciting challenge in the construction industry? Do you have a knack for creating stunning designs using AutoDesk Inventor, and do you enjoy transforming woodwork into beautiful casework and cabinetry? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Millwork Engineer to join our team of professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and execution of millwork projects. You will be an integral part of our construction team, bringing your expertise in CNC and CNC Router operations to the table. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

As a Millwork Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Designing, developing, and executing a variety of millwork projects, including casework and cabinetry, using AutoDesk Inventor.
2. Operating and programming CNC machines and CNC Routers to produce high-quality millwork components.
3. Collaborating with the construction team to ensure that millwork components are produced on time and within budget.
4. Troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process and implementing effective solutions.
5. Ensuring that all millwork components meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of millwork engineering.
7. Providing technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Millwork Engineer, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Millwork Engineer in the construction industry.
2. Proficiency in AutoDesk Inventor.
3. Extensive experience in woodwork, casework, and cabinetry.
4. Strong skills and experience in operating and programming CNC machines and CNC Routers.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
6. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
7. A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
8. The ability to keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of millwork engineering.
9. A degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field is preferred.
