Telecommunications Sales Representative

We're seeking a Telecommunications Sales Representative to be a part of our vibrant sales team. If you excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals, this role is for you

Objectives of this role:

•    Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet customer needs.

•    Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

•    Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedules to call on existing and potential customers.

•    Develop and implement a territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and field results.


Responsibilities:

•    Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.

•    Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.

•    Troubleshoot technical problems related to telecommunications equipment.

•    Develop, implement, and report on marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve business goals.

•    Analyze market conditions and competitors’ activities to stay ahead of emerging trends.

•    Design and present compelling sales presentations, proposals, and materials to illustrate product benefits.

•    Estimate the cost of installing and maintaining equipment or services.

•    Write and submit accurate orders while providing input into product design tailored to client needs.

•    Consult with clients post-sale to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.

•    Assess clients’ needs, recommend appropriate goods or services, and negotiate sales terms.

•    Prepare and administer sales contracts while maintaining meticulous customer records.

•    Build market presence by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing new business relationships.

•    Maintain an updated sales database, including all activities, partners, and opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•      1-2 years of experience in sales or a technical occupation.

•      A university degree or college diploma in business, technology, or a relevant field.

•      Excellent communication skills in English.

•      Ability to work unsupervised with high productivity levels.

•      Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

•      Ability to stay updated with technological advancements.

•      A university degree or college diploma in business, technical education, or a related field.

•      Ability to travel to customers
