SecurityCaging.com is searching for a new Sales and Marketing Representative to assist in executing strategic business objectives and facilitate business growth. We are seeking an individual who is excited or motivated by performance based success.


Sales and Marketing tasks will be clearly defined prior to job commencement. These deliverables will be required on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.


Tasks including:

1) Lead development through existing procurement websites.

2) Searching for project documents related to our scope of work.

3) Interacting with suppliers and other sales team members to price projects.

4) Monitoring all opportunities and nurturing through sales funnel.

5) Prospect list building and lead development through cold calls.

6) Social media and website content creation.

7) Closing and winning orders while monitoring performance metrics.


Any questions you may have regarding these main deliverable categories can be discussed in detail during interviews. Our sales team members will be training you and providing you necessary resources to accomplish these tasks. This position will report directly to our Caging Sales Manager, Erica Hamilton.


The candidate should be comfortable communicating in an efficient and professional manner via phone and email, both internally and externally. Time management and organization are critical for success in this position.


Our ideal candidate is a highly responsive individual who is productive and creative. Candidate should have the ability to perform research for relevant topics independently in an organized and thoughtful manner in order to create content ready to publish for our social media or website as tasked. Person needs to be a dependable highly motivated self starter that will not need micromanagement to complete set of required daily and weekly tasks.


Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing. Experience acceptable as substitute.

· Proficiency in SalesForce, Quickbooks, Hootsuite and WordPress desired.

· Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) required.

· Candidate MUST be able to commute to Whitsett, NC on a daily basis to be considered.
