What you’ll be doing

As an Associate Territory Manager, you'll provide field-based support, ensuring that customers in your territory can effectively use our client’s innovative products.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Offering clinical support and guidance to multiple accounts, ensuring customers become proficient with the product range
  • Building long-lasting relationships with key physicians, nurses, and administrators in the area
  • Delivering educational programs and product demonstrations on-site
  • Sharing market feedback and insights with internal teams, such as Marketing and Senior Management
  • Maintaining and organizing customer data within the company’s CRM system


A bit about you

Ideally, you will be based in Phoenix, USA with the ability to travel throughout your territory.

You’ll have prior experience in B2B sales and hold a degree from an accredited institution.

A few other key qualities we are looking for:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage medical professionals and collaborate with sales teams
  • Attention to detail and adaptability in dynamic environments
  • A proven track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Familiarity with Operating Room protocols and the specific market in which you’ll be working
