Responsibilities:


· Test and clean various IT equipment


· Refurbish IT equipment to be placed back into stock


· Image PCs and laptops


· Reset thin clients for use


· Diagnose issues on devices for repair or viability


· Order parts to repair devices


· Coordinate with vendors for repair if needed


· Repair PCs, laptops, and printers (including armband and label) as needed


· Oversee storage and stocking of devices through the process


· Using provided tools and software to update equipment status on database



Warehouse work – secondary as needed


· manual labor


· breaking down shipments from pallets,


· using provided tools and software to scan devices and enter them into IU Health data base
