Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Earthwork Foreman in Santa Rosa, CA. The Earthwork Foreman will be responsible for supervising a crew and overseeing the operation of heavy equipment, communicating project status to the project manager, assisting with earthwork and maintenance tasks, and ensuring that projects are completed safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills and experience operating heavy equipment
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with crew members and project manager
• Experience with earthwork and maintenance tasks
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Familiarity with safety practices and regulations
• Experience working on civil projects, such as sport field construction, is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in earthwork or related field is preferred
