Are you a seasoned HVAC Technician with a passion for problem-solving and hands-on work? We are a leading construction company seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Technician for a permanent position. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of HVAC systems, including equipment installation, electrical systems, and refrigeration systems. With over 5 years of experience under your belt, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration systems in our construction projects. Responsibilities:

1. Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in accordance with company standards and safety regulations.
2. Diagnose and repair malfunctions in various HVAC equipment including heating and cooling systems, refrigeration systems, and other related components.
3. Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that HVAC systems operate efficiently and effectively.
4. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure the successful completion of HVAC installations in new construction projects.
5. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians and other team members.
7. Ensure compliance with all local and federal laws related to HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
8. Respond to emergency service requests as needed.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as an HVAC Technician.
2. Proven experience with equipment installation, electrical systems, and refrigeration systems.
3. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
4. Strong understanding of HVAC operations, maintenance, and repair techniques.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
8. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
9. EPA certification required.
10. Completion of an HVAC training program at a vocational school or apprenticeship program is a plus.
