Job Description:

TalentRoss Staffing Company is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our client's Acute Care team in Richland, WA. As an Acute Care Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


We are offering up to $18,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates with at least 12 months of hospital acute care experience and up to a $12,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates with less than 12 months of hospital acute care experience who meet all conditions for payment.


Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in an acute care setting.
  • BLS/ACLS certification required.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to handle high-stress situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
