Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce precision parts to exact specifications.
2. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design models to ensure accurate production.
3. Perform complex metalworking tasks, including drilling, milling, and grinding.
4. Ensure all machines are properly maintained and calibrated for optimum performance.
5. Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all products meet our high-quality standards.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process.
7. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve production processes and reduce waste.
8. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment.
2. Proficiency in operating CNC mills and lathes.
3. Extensive knowledge of metalworking processes, including drilling, milling, and grinding.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
