Responsibilities:

  1. Answering incoming phone calls and emails from potential clients and accurately documenting the conversations.
  2. Drafting and filing court documents.
  3. Organizing, updating, and archiving documents including hard copies and digital documents.
  4. Coordinating with attorneys to schedule appointments.
  5. Maintaining client confidentiality in accordance with company policies and ethics rules.
  6. Act as liaison to courts, outside service providers, etc.
  7. Assisting with other administrative and clerical duties as required.
