We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our team. As an architect, you will play a crucial role in all phases of the design process, from conceptualization to construction documentation. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to create functional and creative designs. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, thoughtful technical insights, and a passion for leading projects, teams and our clients. The successful candidate has the drive to jump into complex technical problems and is not afraid to work outside of their comfort zone to help our clients. They take ownership of their work and have a sense of urgency.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.
  • Develop architectural concepts and design proposals, considering functional and aesthetic aspects.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using Revit and other tools.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information, assess feasibility, and monitor construction progress.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, including engineers, interior designers, and contractors.
  • Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions.
  • Stay updated with current trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design software; Must be Revit proficient, CAD is a bonus
  • Strong design and visualization skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas through drawings and models.
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
