Accounts Receivable Analyst - (Tarrytown, NY)

Our client, is a leading provider in the healthcare CPG industry and they are seeking an AR Analyst to join our Finance team.

Job Summary: Detail-oriented team player needed for fast-paced, high-volume environment. Must meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel required, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups. Minimum 3 years' experience in deduction resolutions essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Review assigned accounts weekly
  • Address past due invoices and open deductions
  • Collaborate with various departments on claim resolution
  • Maintain accurate records and customer relationships
  • Clear offsets and match paybacks to open deductions
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-train in other functions

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years' experience in deduction resolutions
  • SAP experience desirable
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • SOX compliance knowledge
Location: Tarrytown, NY
Work Modality: 100% in-office
Compensation: $32-35/hr
