Major International Company seeks a well-qualified Trainer for its superior Customer/Client Service department right here in Miami

Required Skills:

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite and e-learning platforms.
• Empathy, organization, and excellent communication skills required.
• Front platform experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development or a related field required.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Training & Development within a corporate environment required.
• Or, a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
• Experience in the selection and administration of assessment tools and providing feedback on individual or group assessment data preferred.
• Experience with SharePoint, Learning Management Systems, and instructional design software preferred.
• Proficient in utilizing development software in the creation of engaging training materials and programs (e.g. Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud) preferred.
