Who we are: Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technology, science, engineering, mathematics, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Prior experience in technical support, customer service, troubleshooting, or a related environment is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and see them through to resolution.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong organizational, communication, decision-making, and time-management skills.
Interest in learning new technologies and continuously developing technical and professional skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues at various levels.
Ability to maintain accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality.
General knowledge of financial services or related industries is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the implementation, maintenance, and support of new and existing technologies.
Provide responsive customer and technical support through multiple communication channels.
Work directly with internal partners to identify, research, document, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
Develop an understanding of the functionality, usability, design, security, and operation of supported systems.
Research and evaluate solutions independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs for technical teams.
Provide user guidance and training, and help identify preventative measures when appropriate.
Perform other technical support and operational responsibilities as needed.
Working Conditions:
May require the ability to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.

Windows operating systems
Microsoft Office applications
Laptops, desktops, and tablets
iOS and Android mobile devices
Device management platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Intune
Virtual desktop environments
Internal and proprietary software applications
