Senior Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bilingual HR Generalist to join our dynamic human resources team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and ensuring smooth HR operations. If you are fluent in both English and another language (such as Spanish, Mandarin, or French), have a passion for employee relations, and possess a deep understanding of benefits administration, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities Include:
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to policies, procedures, and workplace issues.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Collaborate with external vendors and brokers to ensure accurate and timely benefits administration.
Database Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Generate reports and analyze data related to employee demographics, turnover, and other HR metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
Compliance:
- Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Assist in audits and compliance reviews.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Participate in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Support professional development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and benefits administration.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
