About Us:

The Miner Agency specializes in comprehensive marketing, public relations, and data services in both public and private sectors. With a focus on driving outstanding results, we cater to the distinct needs of our valued clients.


Responsibilities:

This position will actively support the agency and its clients with a wide range of marketing, communications, public relations, and administrative responsibilities. You will:

  • Work alongside the team to tell the stories of The Miner Agency and our clients
  • Contribute to brainstorms, research, and project planning
  • Assist with asset management, including organization of documents, photos libraries, tools, etc.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing communications and calendars, tracking project progress, and responding to emails
  • Create templates and toolkits to ensure consistency among projects and clients
  • Write and edit content for various platforms (learning and using AP or Chicago style)
  • Contribute to social media strategies and other content creation
  • Assist with the design of flyers, graphics, and other marketing/promotional materials
  • Order supplies, manage inventories, and ensure operational integrity of office tools/technology
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and communication skills, with a passion for marketing and communications
  • Self-starter with an exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow instructions with enthusiasm
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred (equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree)
  • Proficiency in writing styles like AP or Chicago is helpful, but not required
  • Social media management, project management, graphic design skills would be a plus (Hootsuite, Sprout, Adobe Illustrator, Asana)
  • Previous experience with updating web content via WordPress or other CMS would be advantageous



Compensation:

This is a full-time entry-level position, with a starting wage of $15/hour. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who is looking to grow with and learn from a team of industry professionals.


Location and Amenities:

You will be based in our office located in Warner Robins, GA, where you'll experience the collaborative spirit of TMA firsthand. While we prefer in-office presence for most days to foster teamwork and creativity, we understand the importance of flexibility. Hence, we may offer partially hybrid work arrangement to accommodate individual needs. Our office environment is both professional and welcoming, and you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our "Barketing Team" in our dog-friendly workspace.
