We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, coding, and creating system specifications for complex software applications. You will play a crucial role in analysing, evaluating, testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive our business forward.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces with precision and efficiency.
  • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering computer equipment capacity, limitations, operating time, and desired results.
  • Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for system software applications to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Monitor system capacity and performance, proactively plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify, escalate, and meticulously document production impact issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement timely resolutions.
  • Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs, assessing feasibility, cost, time requirements, and compatibility with existing systems and capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in web development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting issues and making system changes as needed to resolve issues promptly.
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, coupled with a solid understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
  • Familiarity with good UX design principles, REST API design, and product design methodologies.
  • Expertise in frontend technologies such as JavaScript, React, Redux, RxJS, as well as backend technologies including C#, Node.js, Java, or Go.


Must Have Skills:

  • Competency with object-oriented work - 4+
  • Source code management and release pipelines - 4+
  • Understanding of infrastructures that services run on and dependencies such as databases - 4+
