Trusted across South Florida for projects in schools, healthcare, municipalities, multifamily high-rises, and airports, they bring top-quality construction expertise to every endeavor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead preconstruction efforts, collaborating with owners, architects, and internal teams to develop conceptual design and construction document estimates.
- Manage an extensive pipeline of diverse ground-up and renovation projects, overseeing the efforts of the preconstruction/estimating staff.
- Assess and recommend technology solutions to increase department productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee and manage 4 estimators
