As they continue growing, they are looking for a Process Engineer to contribute to achieving strategic goals by optimizing manufacturing methods for dairy products. The role emphasizes maximizing profitability, market competitiveness, and expansion by targeting cost reduction, addressing capacity limitations, minimizing product losses, and ensuring consistent product quality.

  • Lead troubleshooting of operational issues, ensure best practices implementation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, with at least 1 year of experience in Food, Beverage, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Conducting mass balances, analyzing production data, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
  • Strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple assignments with precision are essential.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is preferred, along with experience in FDA-regulated environments and Dairy Manufacturing/Processing.
