This individual will leverage a deep understanding of digital project management methodologies and processes to lead and guide teams through the project lifecycle. This role requires the ability to communicate strongly and effectively to drive decisions and next steps that ensure successful product delivery for the clients. Located in Atlanta, GA, you be part of a team of talented marketers who love working together to bring solutions to our clients.


The Marketing Platform is an intuitive platform offering email, direct mail, and SMS marketing tools for MBUSA Dealers, designed for ease of use and efficiency. A variety of templates, campaign reporting, automated campaigns, sales management tool, Scoring system and more are among the projects you will be managing. Working closely with our marketing Intelligence team, we will have access to data for enriched customer profiling and targeted marketing.


Duties include but not limited to:

  • Manage and lead projects in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies for client’s full portfolio of digital initiatives as scoped
  • Ensure that the client's performance objectives are met for all projects while also overseeing completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines. Work closely with our client services team to understand and define program objectives and requirements.
  • The project manager will attend/support MBUSA during the following meetings:
  • Weekly one (1) hour status meetings per business unit.
  • Minimum of one (1) monthly financial, planning, and analytics check-in per business unit
  • Miscellaneous meetings for campaign planning, reviews, etc.
  • Project planning, Latcha process management, and quality control and asset delivery
  • Management of project schedule(s) as applicable.
  • Latcha will conduct business review meetings covering work completed, work in progress, and financial review on at least a quarterly basis (QBR).
  • Frequently collaborate with team members in Account, Creative, and software development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proven experience in managing platform development
  • Ability to activate across all digital channels
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in digital project management/production at an interactive advertising agency working on projects that include e-commerce platforms, email marketing, digital media, mobile apps, etc.
  • Technical qualifications include experience with the JIRA issue tracking system, Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and routing software.
  • Ability to think quickly under pressure, as well as motivate and engage the team to produce the best possible results.
  • Solid understanding of both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies, including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and develop detailed work plans and specifications
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment, remain calm under pressure, and can accurately maintain expectations and priorities for all initiatives.
  • Hybrid role – in-office one day per week at location in Sandy Springs, GA
