We are seeking a Senior Electrical Controls Engineer for our Atlanta, GA office. This person will function as a hands-on engineer providing electrical & controls engineering expertise for project design, commissioning, and start-up. This person will report to client sites in Atlanta and may be required to travel occasionally.

• Will apply engineering principles to existing and proposed processes working with various clients, vendors, and other consultants. Types of projects will include process systems and packaging systems.  Industries will likely include food & beverage, chemical & other industries.
• Must be comfortable in leading and following cross-functional teams to develop and execute capital projects. They will work on the plant floor with mechanics and operators as needed to gather information and become an operational resource for the facility.
• Will support all aspects of electrical controls project execution including control system design, controls programming, project documentation, and site start-up support of integrated systems. Will be responsible for creating or upgrading PLC and HMI controls systems. Responsible for generating electrical schematics, control panel design, and generating electrical installation bid packages as well as supervising related installation activities.
• Projects must be delivered at times on aggressive schedules with attention to accuracy and strict safety requirements.
