Pay: $21/Hour

Schedule: 3pm-11:30pm, Monday - Friday with Weekend Availability for OT Hours

Location : Commerce, CA

General Duties

  • Warehouse Management
    • Oversee daily work plan and stock management systems.
    • Investigate missing/stolen items and implement prevention measures.
    • Organize and manage daily picking requirements.
    • Supervise picking and checking processes for accuracy and fulfillment.
    • Assist in employee training, development, and engagement.
    • Delegate tasks to maximize efficiency and improve stock storage.
  • People Management
    • Monitor staff performance and address shortfalls.
    • Ensure staff have the necessary skills and identify training needs.
    • Motivate and coach staff for long-term goals.
    • Conduct regular team briefings.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve order and delivery issues.
    • Ensure high-level service to internal and external customers.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with legislation and company policies.
    • Address health and safety issues immediately.
    • Investigate accidents and incidents, generating reports.
    • Maintain a tidy and hazard-free warehouse.
    • Perform other duties as required.
