Job Description:

We are in search of a skilled and dedicated Product Compliance Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that all our juvenile products meet stringent safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and product safety, particularly within the juvenile product sector. This position is on-site only.


Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of product testing, inspections, certification processes, and factory audits to guarantee adherence to national and international standards and regulations.

- Collaborate closely with product development teams to establish and implement quality requirements from initial concept to product launch.

- Develop, implement, and manage quality control systems, QA/QC protocols, and SOPs to ensure consistent production of top-notch products.

- Lead a team of quality assurance specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas of non-compliance or areas for enhancement.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes, actively participating in industry events and conferences, and developing strategies to ensure ongoing compliance.

- Effectively manage and resolve any issues related to product quality or compliance, including customer complaints and product recalls.

- Prepare and present comprehensive analytical reports to company executives and stakeholders.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance and QA within the juvenile product industry. CPSP certification preferred.

- Thorough understanding of national and international quality standards and regulatory requirements for juvenile products, including CPSIA, ASTM, and CE.

- Demonstrated experience in leading quality assurance teams.

- Strong attention to detail, exceptional analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective leadership and project management capabilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
