***Only qualified Rebate Operations Analyst candidates located in the Whippany, NJ area will be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***

Rebate Operations Analyst Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

1-2 years of experience in Medicaid and Managed Care Operations preferred

Outstanding attention to detail and adaptability to deliver world-class results across a complex network of partners, providers and stakeholders

Strong mathematical and analytical skills are required

Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Able to work in a collaborative team environment

Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, Model N, & Vistex preferred

Experience in rebate operations, preferably within a Top Tier Pharmaceutical company preferred

Summary:

Focus will be on Commercial & Government claims processing within Order to Cash Rebate Operations, Medicaid, Managed Care, & GPOs

Primary Functions/Responsibilities:

Support commercial and government operations in day-to-day functions, including but not limited to, processing claims within tight deadlines

Responsible for reconciliation activities in supporting daily operational analysis

Collaborate with colleagues in US Order to Cash and Contracts Administration

Assist on additional ad hoc projects and support where needed in operational platform

*Successful completion of a background check and drug screen will be required*
