Description

Responsible for performing Microsoft Windows imaging and deployment of computers as well as other tasks associated with the deployment of new equipment. Essential Job Tasks: • Imaging and configuration of computers running Windows 11 • Coordinating with end users to ensure the successful deployment of computers and peripherals as well as the retrieval of previous hardware • Maintaining software and hardware inventory • Troubleshooting PC hardware and software • Assisting with the setup, tear down, and movement of computing hardware within our offices • Escalates user computing issues/problems as needed • Performs other duties as assigned

Skills Required

experience in computer/network maintenance, desktop support, applications support or related, similar support.

Experience Required

Three (3) years of work experience in computer/network maintenance, desktop support, applications support or related, similar support. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered in substitution for the minimum qualifications.

Education Required

High School Diploma or GED

Additional Information

This position is required to help facilitate the refresh of over 150 computers for Maricopa County Assessor's Office employees.
