Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Recruiter at G3 Solar in Lindon, UT. As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for our sales team. You will also manage client accounts, build relationships with hiring managers, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.


Qualifications

  • Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
  • Experience in hiring and talent acquisition
  • Account Management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Previous Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required
