Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a batch maker to join the team of a local company This person will have experience working with chemicals and making chemical coatings. This person will also be flexible with availability as overtime is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Follow precise formulation instructions and recipes to create chemical batches.
• Measure and mix raw materials using standard and specialized equipment.
• Ensure accurate quantities and quality of ingredients are used in each batch.
• Operate and monitor mixing tanks, reactors, pumps, and other related machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper function.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or issues.
• Conduct tests and inspections to ensure batches meet specifications and quality standards.
• Document and report any deviations from standard procedures or quality issues.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch logs and quality control data.
